400g porridge oats
200g unsalted butter
A handful of raisins
1. Heat the honey, butter and sugar in a pan until the sugar is dissolved.
2. Stir in the oats and raisins.
3. Pour into a cake tin and bake in the oven (around gas mark 5/190C) for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
4. Wait until it's cool before cutting.
